UAE Lottery: Seven residents win Dh100,000 each in latest draw
Dh100 million jackpot still unclaimed
DUBAI: The UAE Lottery, the nation’s sole licensed lottery, conducted its fourth draw on Thursday, unveiling a mix of guaranteed prize winners and eager participants vying for the elusive Dh100 million jackpot.
The live results were hosted by Diala Makki and Chadi Khalaf, featuring emotional testimonials from previous winners.
Winning numbers
The winning numbers for the 'Days' set were 20, 11, 26, 29, 24, and 30, while 12 emerged as the winning number in the 'Months' section. To secure the jackpot, players must match all six 'Days' numbers and the single 'Months' number.
Unfortunately, the grand prize remains unclaimed, keeping the excitement alive for future draws.
Lucky Chance IDs and prizes
In addition to the jackpot challenge, seven players were guaranteed prizes of Dh100,000 each through the Lucky Chance ID draw. The winning IDs included AO1322002, AS1707086, BJ3466876, CC5331130, BJ3492788, CF5629891, and BX4868337.
While no one clinched the second prize of Dh1 million this fortnight, smaller wins were aplenty. Forty-seven participants matched five numbers in the 'Days' section or four numbers plus one from the 'Months' section, earning Dh1,000 each. Over 7,200 players won Dh100 by matching fewer numbers.
Odds and next draw
The UAE Lottery has implemented measures to encourage responsible play, reminding participants of the odds: 1 in 8.8 million to win the jackpot. Tickets cost Dh50 and are available online for players aged 18 and above who are physically present in the UAE. The next draw is scheduled for February 8, 2025.
Earlier this month, Peer Muhammad Azam, a 41-year-old electrician from India, became the first winner of Dh1 million. He and 19 friends had pooled resources to buy tickets, splitting the joy of the windfall. "I was speechless," Azam shared, adding that the win has inspired him to continue participating.
Other winners have also expressed dreams of using their prizes to start businesses, build homes, or secure their future. Since its launch in December 2023, the UAE Lottery has quickly become a source of hope and excitement for residents across the country.
